Dear 烈女,
Having received a complaint from Xxxxx Xxxx, our Company Consultant, regarding the main door of X/F XXX cannot operated by the fingerprint control machine at 08:30 27/11/07 (Tue). Thus a long queue had standed outside the door but nobody help them.
Since we understand that we have employed a security guard & his working hour is 18:00 to 09:00 of Mon-Sat, please find out where is the security guard at that moment with Gallant & ask for a written report.
